The Red Hat Ghost Walk offers so much more than the usual Ghost Walk.
Your guide - Gill Locker, is born and raised in Whitby, she has heard and remembered the local stories through the years, from previous generations of her family.
These are Whitby’s stories, they have been passed down verbally for years, and Gill continues this tradition.
She has refined the stories into a unique, entertaining and engaging style of her own, and thoroughly enjoys sharing them with Whitby’s modern day visitors.
Importantly, our route is wheelchair accessible….. there are no steps.
This entertaining Whitby Ghost Walk will lead you from the well beaten track, you will hear about charming Whitby folklore, myths, legends and ghosts, all delivered in rhyme by a local lass.
Departs 6pm from our board at Whitby Bandstand, opposite the RNLI Whitby Lifeboat Museum.
We take group tours during the week and at weekends.
